At Bilum Haus, we carefully select and create pieces we hope you will truly love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the returns process as simple as possible.

Before You Purchase

Change of Mind Returns

We accept eligible returns for change of mind within 7 days of your order being delivered.

To be approved for a return, items must:

Be unused and in original condition
Be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that fall outside the 7-day period or do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
